By downloading, installing, or using the Cleanora mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Cleanora is an iOS application designed to help users manage and organize their device storage by identifying and removing duplicate photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events. The app provides tools for compressing videos and merging duplicate contacts.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
- Reviewing all items before confirming deletion
- Backing up important data before using cleanup features
- Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
4. Data and Privacy
Cleanora processes your photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal content to our servers. All scanning and analysis happens on your device. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Cleanora may offer subscription-based features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cleanora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. While we strive for accuracy in duplicate detection, we cannot guarantee perfect results in all cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanora and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use or inability to use the app. You acknowledge that you use the app at your own risk and are responsible for backing up your data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Cleanora, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Cleanora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Cleanora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Cleanora at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
